The Road Ahead Shawl Kit

We are thrilled to share these fabulous shawl kits, which highlight the amazing artistry of two local small businesses. The Road Ahead shawl is a fun adventurous beginner design by Kelly Forster of KIS Designs. The shawl is primarily garter stitch broken up with sections of lace and herringbone lattice stitch, a nice combination of easy relaxing knitting with a few sections to keep your mind busy. 

We've paired this pattern with exclusive color ways dyed by one of our favorite vibrant indie dyers, Blu Fiber Company. After hearing our request for both bright and jewel tone color combos, Joshua of Blu Fiber came up with some truly spectacular colors that showcase not only the shawl pattern but the skill and creativity of indie dyers beautifully. We are so excited to finally share them with you! 

Kit includes two skeins of Blue Fiber Company exclusive Super Wash Sock. Quantities are limited, so get your favorite combo before it’s gone!

Yarn: Blu Fiber Company Super Wash Sock (80% SW Extra Fine Merino and 15% Nylon, 400 yards per 100 grams), one each MC and CC

Needles: US 3, 4, and 5
