Each bar is made in small batches at our family owned factory in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

Almond Maple Brittle: This bar combines our house-made maple toffee with roasted chopped almonds and smoked sea salt for amazing depth. All this goodness in our dark milk chocolate may make it hard for you to share!

Cardamom Krumkake Cookie: This bar takes us to our childhood kitchens and celebrates our Scandinavian roots. The traditional Krumkake—a thin, sweet cookie made on a hot iron then shaped around a cone—is broken into cookie crumbles and added to our dark milk chocolate.

French Grey Sea Salt: This bar is simple sophistication with each salt-laced bite. The cacao is lightly roasted to maintain its delicate flavor before we mix in the mineral-rich grey sea salt from France.
